He looked to be grimacing early after he had a leg in and the opponent was pulling the leg in. Didn't look vicious or anything but he looked uncomfrotable

Nice to see Gode get an extra match and a win. Wish they'd wrestle more extra matches with the lack of open tournaments and the declining quality of the existing ones.

At the North Country open:
Trae Thilmoy got 2nd, Peterson got 3rd, and Schumm got 5th at 149, with all losing one match to Anthony Echemendia.
Landon Johnson took 1st at 165.
Mannix Morgan and Brendan Howes got 5/6 at 174.
Zach Silvis took 5th out of 6 at 125 after going 1-3
