    Default GDT @ Denver

Big game tonight for the men to see if they can carry momentum on the road. Pios had a good record in non-con but played the easiest schedule in the country, only 1-4 in league so far but they have some guys that can play so very important for NDSU to come out hot and not let Denver build momentum. Guessing White will draw the task of slowing down Bruner which isn't easy, be interesting to see if Denver uses Tainamo on Grant or if they opt to go to the more athletic Corbett. I've watched Denver play a couple of times and haven't been too impressed but they have been getting better and every week Tevin Smith will get closer to 100% making them better, it's a win NDSU absolutely needs to get on the road if they wanna finish in the top 4.

The key remains the same, run the offense through Grant and Morgs and we should be fine.

Hopefully Tajavis Miller is back out there this week.

Unfortunately only way to watch this is through Denver's site which has a pay wall.

Big games this week indeed to see if this team csn continue building momentum. Getting both these road games would be huge!

Can get the game on Fubo TV if you sign up for free 7 day trial and use a Denver zip code. Will be on altitude sports channel there. DirecTV I know used to have altitude as well if you had the sports pack added.

Maybe Denver isnt as good as we thought or Dave is getting this team dialed in.

Denver sucks, but a dominating win on the road is always a good thing. Pick up another one on Saturday and then it will be a big game next week with ORU coming to the Shac!

Road league victory was the next step for this group and they did it dominating fashion. Pretty complete game, aside from little stretch in the first half. Good to see Miller back from injury. NDSU will look for a road sweep on Saturday in Omaha.

Will always take a road win but things are looking better. Nelson is starting to really take over games and I like the play of Jacari White lately. Another winnable OMA game then a big one vs ORU.

I paid the money to watch this on Denver's site when I got home from the women's game last night, really dominant performance by the guys and did so with Morgan and Wheeler-Thomas in foul trouble most of the way. DWT got hosed on 2 calls that should have been charges and he got called for a block, we are definitely going to need him to stay on the floor once we get to ORU and KC. As a freshman he's now played over 100 consecutive minutes with only 1 turnover at the PG position. Yoder on the other had does not have the confidence bringing the ball up against the pressure, at one point in last nights game he passed it off to Grant when be pressured and you could hear Dave yelling "NO LUKE, YOU OWN IT" forcing him to take the ball up against pressure. Next rotation it was Miller running the point, Jacari also took a shift. I don't see Luke Yoder making it another season on this roster.

    Couple of game notes:
Miller was back and hit his first 2 threes and played well over all, also dished a nice assist
Hastreiter got a little more run than usual with Morgs and Grant in a little foul trouble and played well
Jacari White continues to get better and better, was an absolute menace on the defensive end and also played very well offensively, he's becoming one of the best 2-way players in the league
Grant Nelson continued to do Grant Nelson things, when the offense runs through him we are in very good hands. He did make 3 or 4 horrible passes resulting in turnovers but hopefully he can continue to clean that up
DWT did not play a ton of minutes due to foul trouble but was super efficient when he was on the floor, he didn't miss a shot, 2-2FG, 1-1 3PT and 5-5FT.

Need to lock up another road victory in Omaha Saturday and then come home to play the top team in the league ORU and then who I believe is currently probably the next best non-NDSU team right now in KC, they have played very well in their last 3 outings and match up well with NDSU size and athleticism wise.
