Alabama and UCLA lost A LOT to NBA DRAFT and transferred
Baylor would be lame. The other three would be big culture shocks. I liked living in the Deep South. I'd go with Tuscaloosa out of the remaining three if only to avoid living in a mega city.

Four pitches Iowa can make:

UCLA Adam Bona 6'9 235 FR who won PAC 12 Freshmen of the Year is returning to UCLA----which might affect Grant
I also think Grant met his girlfriend while working out in Santa Barbara----soooo maybe wants UCLA for that reason...IM JUST GUESSING---also UCLA offered a lot in NIL
Marc Spears SR G returns to Alabama that will help but they lost a lot from a #1 ranked team last year----I'd guess Bama has some cash
Baylor I feel.....has the best Head Coach
Houston---I head Sampson was looking at becoming a NBA coach
I was WISHING SELFISHLY he'd go to Kansas since they are on TV a lot and would be easier to watch----Alabama would suck cuz SEC has own tv rights and I don't have it
I guess im not sure...just saw pics when out at SB Cali

North Dakota State transfer Grant Nelson will take the following visits this week, a source confirmed to me:
Tuesday - Baylor
Wednesday - Alabama
Thursday/Friday - Arkansas
Nelson is one of the top available transfers in the portal. He averaged 17.9PPG, 9.3RPG and 2.1APG last season.

Would call this recruitment 50/50 between Alabama and Arkansas heading into his visits.
Wouldn’t be totally shocked if Nelson cancels the Baylor visit since they’re in good position for Olivier Nkhamoua, but apparently there’s been a bit of a snag there.
