So coming out of high school, Nelson was unrated.
Now, after his time at NDSU, he is rated a four star going into the Transfer Portal.

It would be a total idiotic move for him to come back to NDSU. We don't have the makes for great team and why turn down NIL money? Plus, I would imagine he desperately wants to play in the NCAA tournament at least once.
