Bruin - What a great question and thank you for asking. I appreciate your patience while I dig up the bylaws as they DO indeed address this very important topic.
The CCBH (Chapo Challenger Bylaw Handbook) clearly states in Section 3.2, paragraph 3 and I quote:
“Moreover, as our guiding principle directs us:
‘No negative replies to any post by El Capo aka ‘Lakes’ for [Duration to be addressed in Section 9]’…
Challengers therefore are bound to avoid a reply directly or indirectly to the aforementioned party with specific negativity of personal nature…”
The CCBH goes on to detail specific powers given to the CCA (Chapo Challenger Arbiter), in this case, me, for interpreting of the bylaws as it relates to replies and posts, etc. But the short answer is - if its not a direct reply and you are masking your negativity, I get to decide if its clever enough or in violation.
