That is really what Bohl was best at, he could bring in new assistants and retool if things got stale or went off the rails.

Bohl and Klieman were both that way. Klieman was such a baller hire, I still have no idea how they let him get out of Iowa, unless he needed the change of scenery here too.

That's disgusting to see, but you're even overstating the scoring - that game was 9-3...3 FGs. That was the epitome of playing not to lose, they just had Mr. Robinson who was a beast, and we barely won.

When someone becomes a leader for the first time it's common for them to surround themselves with people who are less experienced than themselves. Their own insecurities and a misunderstanding of what it means to be in charge(thinking it's their responsibility to teach everyone their role) causes them to hire younger up and coming people.

A good leader comes to realize after some time that their job is to surround themselves with people that are BETTER than them at those roles.

IMO this hire will tell me a lot about how much Entz has grown as a leader.
