We could have called timeout on 4th down to have 20 seconds to try something at the half.

Yeah, and SDSU gets the ball to start the 2nd half. Inexcusable to give up when you're almost assuredly going to fall behind by 3 scores with under a minute to go in the half AND your opponent gets the 2nd half kickoff.

Just sitting here calling all the times they run and have been correct all but one. DL isn’t doing well (too small) LBs can’t tackle and are missing assignments again. Safeties seem to be have their worst game of the year as of now. Talbert has regressed back to his underclassman years. D isn’t good boys. Half the OL isn’t worth discussing at this point beings they are still on the plane. Unless they give up a turnover, we will not win.

Players have regressed which signals coaching - either burnout/worn out or scheme...but honestly, it's ALL coaching. If you notice your vets are getting burned out, give them a little bit of time off. Tutsie doesn't need to practice the same as a freshman. Or maybe he did that and this is how it shows up...either way...HC needs to manage all aspects of the team.
