    Uh, no. With the amount of semi’s and vehicles we saw in the ditch driving down Wednesday, I don’t think any road closures from Tuesday were suspicious at all. Brookings to Sioux Falls was baaaad, and I’ve lived up here my whole life and seen plenty of winter weather.
