We made it to our hotel with only a minor mishap on the road today. Damn skid plate came off on one side of the truck had to remove it, glad I carry a wrench set.

The roads from Minneapolis to Des Moines were really good.
Tomorrow is Des Moines to Tulsa. Probably try to get a tour of Arrowhead Stadium.
The migration is in full force.

Excellent dinner last night at Didi's Downtown in Frisco, lunch today at Hutchins. Saw 1 table of Bunny sympathizers last night, heckled them a little. A few Bison fans and no Bunnies that I saw at Hutchins...

First bbq of the trip at Jack Stack in Overland Park KS. Burnt ends and cheesy corn bake for me, pulled pork mac & cheese for the Mrs, with a fudge brownie for dessert. Unfortunately we are having car troubles and will be checking in with the local Ford dealer. Might have to get creative to pull this one off.
