Yeah if I remember correctly wasn't it a 30 year deal? REA was built in 2000/2001 so yeah sometime around then.

Against a Richmond team on their third or fourth QB. He was like a WR playing QB because they were so depleted.

I say seed everyone is the best option.

But if your only going to seed 8, I dont understand why UN_ didnt get the home game. Am I happy that theyre pissed? of course! But if the reason they DIDNT get the game was "weber was better", thats a lame excuse. You cant publicly seed 8 teams and then secretly seed others based on quality and others based on $$$.

Pick a method and stick with it, none of this arbitrary "because we felt like it" bullshit. Wreaks of small time football. which of course, it is
    1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
    2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
    3. It's time to go FBS

IMO if I was a team that lost 4 games by 2 TD or more I don't think I'd have the balls to bitch about not being able to buy a host game.

I agree- if unseeded teams hosting were based on quality, or if there was a history of ignoring Bids for hosts. But since neither of those are the case, I would be very mad if it were NDSU.

I dont care they dont get a home game, but I would be very mad that the committee can arbitrarily and secretly seed the unseeded teams, when they are specifically not supposed to do that.

To me this is the most succinct way to put it and is the real problem. The bids, NCAA needing money and not taking it, etc is beyond the point. They very much decided to seed Weber outside of the seeded teams and that is not ok. What's even dumber to me is the if the rules clearly state that performance can be taken into place how did nobody see this issue coming? The rules very much allow for actively seeding unseeded teams, but then why have seeded teams?
