so the 4 games being played right now are 34-0 35-21 35-3 and 31-6 if this isnt a argument for putting less teams in the playoffs I dont know what is...

I believe NCAA constitution requires a minimum number of spots based on the number of AQs. I think the only way the number of playoff teams goes down is if there are fewer AQ conferences.
