Kobe had a lot of great runs, no one can question that. I felt he had a disproportionate share of runs into his blockers as well as runs where he got stopped because someone made a weak ankle tackle on him. There is a reason he never made all conference as a RB and that's because he wasn't an all conference RB.

Jax Dineen, 5'10" 245 lb FB from K-State is in the portal. We were in the running for him out of high school. K-State's offense has pretty much eliminated the FB position under Collin Klein.

Dineen was a 2nd team all conference selection in 2021.

I wonder is Coach Klieman is suggesting he consider NDSU because of our offense? If he wants to stay P5 Wisconsin would be the obvious choice but if he wants to be utilized as a fullback that does way more than just block, NDSU has got to be on his radar.

I hope you're right about Klieman nudging him toward NDSU. Kid is a perfect match for us and would help day 1.
