Yeah, sure, that’s what the NCAA was worried about. Give me a break. There is a very simple way to stop no show jobs from boosters. Pay the players what they are worth of the work that they do.

Not many schools can afford $30m+ player payrolls. But apparently some of the NILs have that.

So, who sets the market rate? If it's capped at $50k per player, the agents will claim antitrust collusion, sue and probably win.

The real issue is competitive parity. That's why pro teams typically have spending caps.
Right now we have semi-pro college football with no caps.

I agree with this. But I don’t know how one would unravel this mess at this point. Either it will stink forever or something will blow up.
