I still dont understand why OC benched Quincy Patterson, he said he wanted to learn how to be a better passer from the sensei Randy Hedberg. So what went wrong ? What did we gain by this move ?

Gonella gave us more turnovers and 15 yard penalties than TDs. He frees up another scholarship
Sigle hurts the most but we have some good young players like Jaquise Alexander and several juniors.
Losing Hart sucks but we have a ton of receivers

How can Gonnella play college baseball? Didn't he already start his minor league career? I'd assume that means his eligibility is gone.
