The transfer rule has been recently changed to require player to sit out a year after their second transfer. This would have effected the UIW QB big time.

I think u should only get one transfer without having to sit out. Also allow the student to play four years within a six year time frame so as to allow one sit out year and one redshirt year if they transfer or are injured instead of the five years which I am not sure is reinstated or not after the Covid changes.

I think if you're getting a free education and nil money to go to a college you should probably hold up your end of the bargain eh.
