Big shoes to fill.

Probably the worst job in football right now. Anything other than a championship will be considered a failure and even 1 championship will be forgotten the next year if he doesn't win it. At least the coach who comes in to NE Patriots can rebuild from the last 4 years of failure, DeBoer will be expect to win now and win always.
