Majority are from schools like Utah St and App St.
Two that surprised me were Manns, DL from Maine, and Carter, DB from Rhode Island.

Does anyone know if we are still trying to add more guys for this year?
Or is the focus on recruiting for 2024 now?

There are two recent offers posted in the 2023 Recruiting thread.
One is a Transfer Portal offer from Colorado State, the other a JC Offer from Iowa Western Community College. FB/HB Luke Waters was from IWCC.

There seems to be a surplus of players in the portal now. Would think some have talent.

I believe every year of the transfer portal there have been more transfers down our no new home for at just half. The players usually understand that. They either intend to go down a level or assume it won't happen to them.

One has to understand, in todays age of large egos, the Portal’s value is a soft fall and landing, or a quiet exit. While most think the Portal is a step to the big time, for most it is not.
