Caliendo wins 5-2. Sax is definitely an underdog here
Sax locks up a cradle off of Casella's 10th shot and wins 7-2. Really good win for him
Terrible match by Parker. He looked awful. Literally flat footed with his foot right in front of Nolan's face to give up the easiest ankle pick I've ever seen. Couple that with his terrible attempt at a single leg finish early and his mat struggles and sheesh.
barring something bonkers, NDSU will win this dual, but it could be a close score. Pentz is a sizable underdog and Mora is probably a tossup
Deprez is very good, but Pentz showed absolutely nothing in that one. Just completely dominated. Pentz has had a difficult schedule, but he has not looked good all year and definitely shouldn't be ranked in any poll at this point.
18-10 going to HWT
Mora tied at 2 after one. Binghampton had a beautiful shot for 2, but Mora got a reversal and a promising, and grinding ride out
Really like how Mora is wrestling in this one. He may lose, but I like the physicality and aggression
Mora gives one up late by being aggressive but they're reviewing it.
He was aggressive all match and was using his underhook to get to his hi-c and it worked. Just didn't need to force it again with 10 seconds left. Got the guy to the mat, but the guy hit an immediate switch and came around for 2.
Call stands and Mora loses 5-4
NDSU wins 18-13 in a thoroughly underwhelming performance.
Yeah, this one was lackluster. Watching online with no commentary, except for the former Bison that sits matside, was making me kind of sleepy. It would have been nice to see guys taking a few more risks to get to majors. This kind of match is the perfect place to work on scoring points in short time, getting two more points when you need it, etc. Even though it didn't work out this time, I was glad to see Mora shooting and staying aggressive until the end. That was a great comeback by Sax (boy he looks different this year), and we needed that to win the dual in the end.
