Olson has reached the 113 lb championship match at the Mat Boss Xmas Tournament. He will face 2024 Gopher Recruit Blake Beissel in the final.

Any word on other targets for 2024? I am hoping they are recruiting LJ Araujo out of Bismarck, but I think he may be looking out of state. I think he will be a good one though.

I holding out hope that there is a pipe dream chance that highly ranked 220 pounder Koy Hopke of Wisconsin shocks everyone and comes to ndsu. His brother is a freshman pitcher on the BiZon baseball team. Hey a guy can hope.

I didn’t realize there was already a 2024recruiting thread. Sorry for the other one. According to an Iowa wrestling chat site his choice of major, electrical engineering, was more important than where he went to wrestle. One commenter said he had heard that Max wasn’t going to wrestle in college but NDSU is such a perfect fit allowing him to do both wrestle and get the degree and future job he wants. Good get for the Bizon.
