Previous winners this season pulled in $23,328 and $22,313 which should equal the profits for those games so $21,031 doesn't seem very good.

Here is how I would think about it.

Total pot: $142,062 This came from:
Pot sweetener: $50,000 (cost)
Ticket sales: $92,062

So.....they only took in revenue of $92,062. They paid out $71,031. Thus, I get the same profit number of $21,031.

Yep, put that idea back on the shelf. I was very surprised they did it when I realized they needed to sell more than $50k more than normal to make up for it. It is okay if everyone says TSCF was right. My ego likes it.
