Reminds me of my first tech support job in Oregon where one of my coworkers was named Waruni and she was from Sri-Lanka. Every once in a while I'd hear her say something like "No, I am not in India. I work and live in America." Then they shipped our email support to India and they all had common American names like Bob, Jane, Steve, etc. They were so slow our manager told us to slow down when we were answering emails so I when I was doing an email shift I spent 9/10 of my time surfing the internet.
It's OK to not be OK.
