What happens with those of us who picked the Colts?

NFL Survivor Pick Em is here for a second season. The inaugural season champion was HuskerBizon, with the old format of only picking the losing team once. Who will dethrone me this year.

Rules:

1. Pick a team you think will win that weeks game. You can only pick 1 team per week. We will also be picking into the playoffs, so choose wisely.

...

3. You can only pick that team ONCE the entire time you are in the game. (Ex: You pick the Broncos over the Raiders, you CANNOT pick the Broncos again)

...

6. If your team loses, you are eliminated.

7. If you skip a week of picks, you are eliminated.
...

I submit the following proposal given the Texans and Colts Tie in week 1. Because technically they didn't lose.

1. They cannot choose the Colts Again.
2. They must pick two games in week 2 to keep their win record equal to the remainder of the field. After week 2 we all will either be eliminated or 2-0.


OR

They must pick the winner of Monday Night Football Week 1 and still cannot choose the colts.
