Utah and BYU.
Utah has upped their program the last few years and we've recently scheduled some Pac 12 teams. BYU is a quality program and shouldnt care too much about saying "thanks, but no thanks". And Ive always wanted to visit Utah.

I'd love to beat Minnesota again. Good for recruiting too.
Wisconsin would be fun too. I'd vote for Nebraska but us beating the tar out of them would just become all about how bad Nebraska is now and not how underrated we are. It'd also probably be the last nail in the Frost coffin and I like that guy.

I would love to see NDSU beat Michigan at the Big House. I grew up a huge Michigan State Fan, and I swore that I would never go to a game in Ann Arbor, but of NDSU could somehow get one scheduled there, I would go to watch those "Walmart Wolverines" (if you do not know what a Walmart Wolverine is, just google it) get pounded into oblivion by the Bison.
JMU and Georgia Southern...just to remind them who daddy is.
Other than that - Texas A&M or Penn St (night game - white out).
This is not 'Nam. This is Bisonville. There are rules here.

Wisconsin and Nebraska because of proximity to Fargo would make for awesome representation from the fan base and epic fun times.
After that Tennessee, Washington, & Ole Miss have fun tailgating environments that would be fun to experience, plus with those teams there’s an excellent chance we’re competitive with them. I’m sure there’s a few others too that’d be a blast.
JMU, Jacksonville State and maybe Sam Houston State. I heard they dominated the FCS before moving up.
North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.Bob Lutz, The Wichita Eagle, August 30th, 2013
