Arndt has offers from NDSU, UNI and Ohio. Doesn't appear like he has committed yet.

Went looking for Arndt and Rutledge last weekend and ran across this

……Brock Arndt, a senior outside linebacker from Appleton North, was named the Large School Defensive Player of the Year after a First Team All-State junior campaign. Arndt was the co-Defensive Player of the Year in the FVA last year and a WFCA All-State selection as an inside linebacker. He's back at it again this year in a big way, earning Defensive Player of the year honors in the FVA once again while leading the Lightning with 70 tackles and six tackles for loss. "Brock is the best linebacker I have coached in 33 years," said head coach Rob Salm. "He may be the best high school linebacker I've seen play high school ball."……

High praise indeed. I do seem to remember Arndt getting looked at as a Rush DE at one FBS school he camped at, so curious to see if he remains a LB in college.

Not to muck up recruiting thread with the Entz move,
but early Signing Day is Dec 20th, goes through the 22nd.

If the administration values trying to keep as much of the recruiting class as possible, they would move quickly…

jmho that would mean Coach Roehl has an advantage there.

Transfer Portal closes Jan 2nd, iirc.
There is also a later Transfer Portal later this spring.

Come to think of it some years you hear about a guy who’s sort of leading the conversation among the recruits and keeping everyone connected. I don’t remember hearing if/who it was this year.
