NDSU PWO Offer Chapo Responses:

No other offers? "This kid isn't even good enough to get an offer to Jamestown"

D2 and below offers? "This kid isn't even good enough to get an offer to Western Illinois"

Lower FCS offers? "This kid isn't even good enough to get a full offer to play at NDSU, why are we offering him a PWO"

In Chapo's world, the only PWO offers we should make are to 4* recruits. Scholarships are reserved for 5*.

Latest offer is from Army.
Other offers include Northern Iowa, Jackrabbits, Maine, Fordham

New offer for Garret Rutledge from South Dakota ‘Yotes.
Rutledge is rated a 2 star by 247, 18th ranked prospect in Iowa, 79 grade (80 would be 3 star iirc)
Will be interesting to see how many scholarship OL

I’ve been wondering if this will be a full-sized
recruiting class - the first since Covid hit.
If it is full-sized, would be nice to see another Ram.
If not, that might be an indication more of the seniors
will end up returning as Super Seniors.
I’d be surprised if Zabel did not return for a 5th year - Miller could also and if he wants to play in the NFL that could help.
Other OL are eligible for their 6th season Super Senior season, including C Westberg.

No, you should shut the fuck up about this. It is one of the shittiest things I’ve seen you do when you shit on PWOs… Many PWOs turn out to be great players and many starred recruits that get offered schollies end up sucking. You and Heff's most recent post have valid points. According to the almighty star system ranking(247) 5 of the top 15 all time recruits are either last year or this year's commits. Per Heff's point...3 or 4 of the top 15 commits either transferred or left the program early on.
