This makes sense to me. NDSU offering should make somebody at least a two star until NDSU stops turning walk-ons into draft picks.

NDSU has always prided itself on being able to turn walk-ons into scholarship guys. Someone earned a scholarship with hard work and production. Why are you trying to take that away from them? Such an arrogant thing for you to do. Why not give money to proven player instead of someone’s “potential”. Lots of scholly guys have been duds before. Just be happy for someone for once..
