Yes absolutely we can't let those types slip up North ever again. Family is just what a team like this thrives on. So much pride in the product that they work their ass off for fear of failure. And out of respect for those that came before them. The Strength of the Bison is the herd. FAMILY

What Is Recruiting?
Recruiting is the stage of the employee (substitute Player) life cycle in which prospective candidates are sourced, interviewed and assessed in order to identify the best fit for a job opening. This process of identifying who will be (recruited) is typically based on required skills, relevant background and whether or not the person is culturally additive to the organization. In other words, is the person a great fit based on their qualifications and alignment with the TEAMS’s values?

It doesn't identify anywhere where that person must be the highest rated person, just the best fit.
