I agree. Brian Shawn would be a great hire. He knows the programs, the history, etc....you don't have to do a national search when you have a couple good ones right here in the backyard! Scottie Miller was MASSIVE! Jeff did a nice job, big energy, but he had his own way different from Scottie. I like Brian. Good guy, comeback guy from cancer, shows lots of guts, good for the region too.
