UND pro day this afternoon. Their olineman Matt Waletzko is really good. Was at the combine and probably a 5th rounder or so. Wonder how many scouts will make the drive up there; or bow many wold have come if not for ndsu pro day being the same day.

It would seem to make sense the scouts have some say in when pro days happen. That way they can go from one nearby city to another.

Wasn't there a player from Minot State or some other school at our pro day? I don't blame him for driving farther to go to a better pro day.

Since un_ only has one guy and is projected to go in the later rounds, why not just attend pro day at NDSU? I can't imagine the scouts are that thrilled about driving 80 miles north for one player then driving back to Fargo to get on an airplane. I'm sure the argument is un_ wants to show that they are somehow important in D1 football, etc, but I really think it would be to their advantage to tag along with our pro day.

SDSU's pro day was yesterday so I wonder if the scouts flew into Fargo and drove to Brookings yesterday with some of them driving to Grand Forks this afternoon.

I’ll bite…why would that be to UND’s advantage?
