I've wondered about Dave and the K-State job. I don't see him getting it but he may get consideration.

I believe Hendo was here at the end of Gene's reign so there's that connection. If SDSU pulls off an upset or 2, his name will be mentioned for some openings. I think he's a year or 2 away from serious consideration, but what do I know.

Heard it was definitely "off the court" issues... no confirmation on "the rumor" yet though.

I thought NW Missouri State's coach, Ben McCollum, would eventually find a spot in the Summit or MVC but it sounds like he may be the top candidate at Milwaukee. Would have been a good get for Omaha or USD.

I agree with you 100%...McCollum is a great coach and program builder - I believe he would find success in the SL. Sounds like Craig's assistant, Eric Peterson is the choice...just working out details of the agreement. Not a bad choice.

Speaking of NW Missouri State, they are playing Augustana tonight at 7:00 pm at the Pentagon in Sioux Falls for the Central Regional championship and the right to get in the Elite 8. Since it's not televised, I'm heading to the game to watch this McCollum everyone is so high on.
