Yotes beat #2 seed Baylor, off to the sweet 16. Lady Bears fail to make the sweet 16 for the first time in 13 years!

On the men’s side #11 seed Iowa State Beats #3 seed Wisconsin. The Cyclones were led by Gopher transfer Gabe Kalscheur. Kalschuer’s mother is a Fargo Shanley grad.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie

Who decided to put Bob Huggins on TV? He has the on screen personality of a mild soup.

I have a Bob Huggins story and it's actually related to the NCAA tourney! It was probably 1997 and Indy was hosting the Final Four. I was volunteering at volunteer check-in for the Fan Fest. Kit Kat was one of the sponsors of the event and they had Kit Kat costume. There was an autograph area in Fan Fast with a schedule of special guests. Kit Kat was one of them so they needed someone to put on the costume and sign autographs. I was voluntold.

It was a hard box with a shoulder harness to support it. There were mesh screens to look out. I only needed to go out for 20 minutes, sign autographs and come back. I get to the table and Bob Huggins is sitting there. He was supposed to go after me, but he got there early so they had him start signing. He was only supposed to be there for an hour, but he sat there for 90 minutes! I had to walk around Fan Fest with this gradually heavier box on my shoulders. There were fans inside on shelves above the shoulder, but they were not connect to any batteries. I kept going back to the table, but he was still there. Bob Huggins > Kit Kat apparently. I became a Bob Huggins hater that day.

I did have to come up with a signature for Kit Kat and there were actually people that came to get one! There were several nice young ladies and kids that asked for photos so I obliged. It's also a great story for 2 truths and a lie. Who would ever believe I signed autographs as Kit Kat at a Final Four?
