#8 seed Louisiana just beat #1 Texas State in the Sun Belt tourney. I don't see how such upsets help us though. It just means there will be some decent basketball played in the NIT.

It won't because we are not good enough to move up in seeding even with upsets.

I'd rather see all other conferences go chalk and SDSU lose to see if we could be a two bid league.

Absolutely but its also a desirable destination and also close to a lot of Snow birds in AZ. Sioux Falls is not attractive as I can watch on TV. Vegas has other things to attract people

Arizona sure looks impressive to me, 20 games with over 20 assists, great length and athleicism.

Going to be a wild tournament. Can make a case for several teams to cut down the nets, with no clear favorites.

If Kriisa is healthy Zona is probably the most complete team. Duke is the most talented but rely too much on frosh. Novas backcourt is pretty damn good.
