I think that is a great idea. We are building a 50 million dollar IPF. I'm sure we can find some space. But as I mentioned a year ago, I said we should dig a shell basement in the IPF because some day we will need the space for the next big thing, like a fancy pants players lounge. Now this idea has popped up.
