I think the lower center trophies are the D2 championship trophies, left side conference trophies, upper right FCS trophies, and lower right coaches trophies.

5 are D2 and 3 are from the era where there were only 2 Divisions, College Division and University Division. It was a mix of current FBS teams in our division with current D1AA, D2 and D3 teams.

makes me laugh thinking of UND's trophy display. Its just the one trophy in the center table and nothing else hahahahahahahaha

But dont we have a ba-gillion D2 conference titles too? did they give trophys for that? because.... that would be awesome. you'd have to add an upper deck to the fargodome to hold all of the trophies

I've often wondered about the D2 conference trophies. Anyone know the story on those?

The National Championships really deserve more prominence. It almost feels like each individual National Championship gets lost on the other 16. It's just not normal to win 17. If we don't do something, eventually they will get lost in the shuffle like the previous 26 Conference Championships did.

The 26 previous Conference Championship Trophies deserve to be on display somewhere (if they even exist). They should at the very least be in the hall of fame at the SHAC or put into a permanent display separately.

We should have an entire wall in the new IPF, Fargodome or SHAC telling the story of the 17 National Championships and each one individually. Have a full display for each National Championship season, complete with a few paragraphs, a touch screen or video screen looping the highlights and the trophy and ring on display.

We kind of did that a little with the walls in the Fargodome and the wall leading into the locker room... but I wish it was a little more big time like THIS.
