Pretty sure App St and Georgia Southern weren't eligible for the playoffs in 2013. They still played a SOCON schedule and their games counted in league play but were above the scholarship limit IIRC so they weren't eligible for the conference title or the playoffs. Pretty sure Georgia Southern would've made it in in 2013 with their win over Florida and their past reputation.Originally Posted by Herd
