Yeah, I feel like a lot of the time it's an attention thing. Then couple that with the fact that people usually end up blocking peoples' vision in the rows behind them? Pass

Although I should add that I feel like NDSU fans do a really good job with both their signs and not being jerks about blocking peoples' vision so I don't think the above really applies to them. Proceed with thread

I would say that most of the time you see signs on TV is before/after TV timeouts, like right when you come back from the commercial break.....so not sure there's much to see on the field anyway during that time. But I'm not really a sign guy anyway. Could always just put a giant hairy buffalo hat on your head like NOSIB and you end up on the bigscreen/TV literally every time you're at a game.
