holy crap...that is almost 650 miles unless the Omaha stop is not really Omaha. In reality, it would take 90+ mph on the road to account for a total of 45 minutes of stopped time along the way to do that stretch in ~8 hours.

Actually averaging 85 mph with 30 minutes of stops does it nicely. Have driven the Challenger twice and on the way down had great weather when I did it. Once drove 90 to 100 for at least 30 minutes trading the lead with a high end Mercedes. My wife was sleeping the entire time. lol

I was just yanking your chain a bit. Never been to Twin Peaks eh? I wouldn't go for the food but those 29 degree glasses of Shiner are quite refreshing on a warm day actually. I think 1660 said they were going to broadcast from the one in Frisco again this Friday. That will be packed and a good bit of fun.

doesnt Jan 3 has some vax mandates coming for TSA/UNIONS/pilots. could be a reason why it's a mess this weekend

Yep, TSCF is driving....I know this is shocking, but flights are going to be so iffy even if I can manage to get British Airways to rebook me on American. Looking forward to my first Frisco road trip! (Well, maybe not the drive home on Sunday....)

You and I agree on nothing but this is exactly my feeling. I flew a couple of times and the last time I was hungover as shit trying to get my rental car back and on my flight on time.

I have a fun road trip planned. Going to take a couple of days to get there and stop in Nashville and/or Memphis.
