Sure as hell seem to be working since Miller took over. And for multiple reasons. When QP was the starter, he ran it between 10-20 times a game. Sure, once in a while he would get a big run, but most times he could only get 50 yards a game. Miller seems to only run about 4-5 designed QB runs and might do 3 others when he is forced out of pocket. The designed QB runs are way more effective by both QP(in a limited role) and Miller because of the passing game. Most teams rely on a good rushing offense to open up the passing game, lately for us, it is the passing game(or threat of one) that is opening up the rushing game.
