    Things I’ll be watching today include:

    - A couple of usual things;
    Do the Bison establish the pass game to set up the run game?
    Can SIU run the ball to keep from being one-dimensional?

    - QB runs by Nic Baker count, as he is a QB who can buy time in the pocket. So anything that can slow down the Bison pass rush will help the Salukis cause.

    - Wildcat runs by big Javon Williams count, but only if Baker is in the game. Otherwise the Bison know what is coming when he is in the game, except for the occasional jump pass. Is Williams healthy? He did have 10 carries for 51 yards against the Coyotes, plus 2 pass attempts with one completion.

    - Is the big Z Fulcrum a force on the left side of the OLine?
    MVFC All-Conference ZeVeyon Furcrom - 6’ 2” 327 SR left guard.

    - SIU’s short-passing game. I feel like that will also be needed to help out against the Bison pass rush.

    - Salukis OLine performance; they have the skill players & experience to pull off a FargoDome surprise.

    Playoff Mode Today:

    The Mighty Bison > 38
    mangy dogs < 14

    Also... NDSU had a 39 game winning streak going... breaking that requires some Old Testament style retribution to right the wrong!

    I like that we are using perimeter run game more. Lots of teams are tho, even in NFL. Let them stack the box, reach block well enough outside to keep them in that box, and stretch the play outside the tackles for decent/big gains. Once they adjust, run power inside and throw to TEs off play-action.

    Recipe for success!!
