Wouldn't be surprised to see ETSU sneak into the seeds. Also wouldn't be surprised to see NDSU seeded #1 over Sam Houston. The only reasoning to seed SHSU over NDSU goes back to the spring and that's not supposed to play a role in the seeding but we'll see...
