    Default 2022 Verbal: John Gores

John Gores, 5-6, 155, WR/DB, Fargo (Shanley), ND

Very quick. The one stat line that stood out for me was a game where he had 9 receptions for an average of over 15 yards per catch... until I saw the one where he had 21 catches for 263 yards.

    Fake news.

Jerry Gores runs a speed camp now, which teaches speed and quickness which John has in spades. He ran 11.19 in the 100M his Junior year but has his Senior season still to come. Plays both sides of the ball. I've seen him jump up and knock a ball away from a 6"4" WR, and stop on a dime while playing WR to let the defense run by while he catches the pass. He has a huge heart. I don't think anyone will out hustle him in practice. Put a little meat on him and we have our next Ryan Smith.
