Use the outstanding talent we have in a way that takes advantage of other teams weaknesses and then build off that during the game!

Unless you got a turd in your pocket you're an alumnus. Singular. Alumni is plural.

You'll be happy to know I've inspected your two uses of "your", and they are both grammatically correct.

People are free to do with their money as they please, but this also smells a little bit like a "Dear Chuck" scenario from our friends up north. That being said, the athletes need to also understand they are an entertainment source for the fans and should probably keep that in mind.

The troubling thing to me (as I love NDSU athletics) is that the more I think about it, the more I come to the conclusion that it gets harder and harder to justify the place of athletics in the broader mission of a University.

I don’t know. There are lots of problems with the relationship between big time athletics and the core mission of Universities but I don’t think that students understanding their influence and learning to express themselves is one of them.

We all live in stories... It seems to me that a definition of any living vibrant society is that you constantly question those stories... The argument itself is freedom. It's not that you come to a conclusion about it. Through that argument you change your mind sometimes... That's how societies grow. When you can't retell for yourself the stories of your life then you live in a prison... Somebody else controls the story. - S. Rushdie
