Granted, MACtion is gimmicky. But it is also on national TV on a weekly basis. Unlike FCS for which ESPN barely promotes its own broadcast of the national championship game.

Complete sidetrack (but in this thread who cares?). Glen Mason was the coach at Kent State in 85 & 86. He said on KFAN that the other schools used the Kent State Shooting as a recruiting ploy against him... Lol.
