Izzo had McFeely on his show this morning and they talked about it a bit there too. They both think it's ridiculous and has all the stink of what happened in D2 back in the late 80s. They are both right and there would be no bigger sign to me that NDSU needs to get the hell out of the FCS than if this were to come to pass.

Make it 28 teams with 4 seeds who get a bye. Of course then there will be a conference champion or two complaining that they deserved one of the seeds.
