When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.
It is characteristic of the unlearned that they are forever proposing something which is old, and because it has recently come to their own attention, supposing it to be new.

Typical MAC school. One year they are really good. The next year not so much. They seem to take turns on who the best teams are. They had a RB that led the MAC this year and just entered the transfer portal. I saw him his freshman year of high school when he started for one of the perennial state finalists. He had a 96-yard TD run against one of the other top teams.

They weren't good this year, but it wasn't that long ago they were undefeated going into the MAC Championship. One year it was Northern Illinois. Another year it was Western Michigan. Buffalo was the hot team a couple years ago. There is no consistently good program in that conference. And each team has very good players that could easily start on good B1G teams. Steele was one of them. Curious to see where he goes.
My son graduated from Ball State 2 years ago so we've spent a lot of time on the campus. It is surprisingly nice campus. My other son attends Western Michigan, also a 20k student school with a very nice campus. Ohio and Miami also have beautiful campuses. Miami is in my top 5 most beautiful campuses in the country.

Ran for 1,408 yards and 15 touchdowns before heading to North Dakota State.
Coach Tim Johnk: “An elite running back with all the tools be great at the next level. He is a big, powerful back that has great feet and good speed. He is the best downhill runner that I have coached. He’s one of the most coachable players I have coached over the years which allowed him to improve all the little things that allowed him to have back to back 1,000 yard seasons. He will be a beast at the next level.”
