When this kicker Ratke decides to implode - wow

From Craig Haley’s article, going into this weekend
Ratke had a consecutive fg made streak of 22, just short
of the FCS record of 26 straight. Last weekend he missed an
extra point to end that streak at 86 in a row.

Not sure that would actually matter IF that is NDSU's only loss.

If they beat us head to head and we both have only one loss I don't see how they come to Fargo.

Why would we want them to come to Fargo? Seen enough jackrabbits in playoffs to last a lifetime in Fargo. Rather see them in Frisco if they can make it in a normal year. [emoji3]

Our loss would be to them most likely a top ten or top 7 team and their loss would be to #19 at the time.

Our strength of schedule is better too.

    That's my reasoning.

Might actually be cool to play them in Brookings, would be fun to have 2/3 of the fans there wearing green.

SIU wasn't #19 in any poll I can find last week. #7 in Coaches, #8 in STATS, #8 in Sagarin Ratings, #7 in AGS. They are easily a top 10 team and after beating Bunnies a legit top 5 team.

Strength of schedule there's is probably slightly better. Yeah they had a D2 but Lindenwood really isn't any worse than Valpo. And they did beat an FBS opponent. As far as the better Valley teams they avoid Missouri State and we avoid Southern Illinois so their conference schedule is a little tougher.

Ah I saw them at #9 according to the scoreboard I saw this weekend. Somehow my mind changed it to a 19.

    1. The FCS was the Best option for NDSU for a very long time.
    2. As a general rule- the FCS sucks at football and has proven that is not committed to football at all.
    3. It's time to go FBS

Lol Good work my friend. Just ran this logic past the dog pound and they said the logic is air tight
