There will be no support from the City of Fargo for anything new. Two major water projects are going to take all the dollars that might be available for decades to come. The diversion is #1. Water supply from the Missouri river is #2.

If some hardcore Bison fan would win a $600 million Powerball jackpot is our only hope.

Seriously, though, it could be an interesting concept. In Portland, we built a big plaza off of the proceeds of selling brick pavers to pay for it. Much smaller project, but still.

The only thing "outdated" about it seems like the lack of nice suites but, that's not the end of the world is it?

They just put a shit load of money into to get bathrooms and ADA compliant again. I think some areas are still out of code.
