Even the last place team in the MVFC (Youngstown State) is 34th highest FCS team in the Sagarin ratings without removing the Ivies and teams moving up.

YSU probably isn’t the worst team in the league. There are a couple below them in the Sagarin ratings.

The FCS MVFC 6.05 folds right in with FBS MAC 6.09 and C-USA 6.09.

Missouri Valley had 7 of top 13 FCS teams ranked by Sagarin. With stupid regionalization most of those teams have little chance to advance to the quarter finals (5 or 6 likely would without regionalization).
