Well, if QP did tear it up (big, big if), I could still see him sitting just like Carson did behind Brock. Everyone knew Carson was a stud, but Brock Jensen was Brock Fucking Jensen and the rest is history.

Agree, if QP wins (even ugly) he should start.

Just watched the new episode. Wish QP nothing but the best but when it comes down to the best QB winning the job I just can't believe it won't be Payton. Maybe not this year, but certainly next.

But maybe this year. Especially if they take advantage of the 4 games he can play.

IMO, there's zero chance Payton ever starts over Patterson. We're talking a 4-star HS recruit vs a 2-star. Physically it's a man vs. a boy.

Cole Payton is a tank. Grown man as a true freshman. That is all.

Quincy is built but Cole is not that far behind (if at all) physically for being a true freshman vs a redshirt junior.
