2021/2022 MBB Schedule

I'll put this as delicately as I can.... this is an utter horse shit conference schedule for NDSU concocted by the league office. The home games against UND, SDSU, and USD are all during the holiday break. Would've been nice to see at least one game where the students would pack their section and maybe add a little atmosphere to the place... going to have to wait until the season after this one it appears.

The summit always puts one of our games against the jacks during winter break. It seems like they do it on purpose. It is so stupid and it always pisses me off. Now they do this. Are they like trying to cut down on travel during the holiday break or something.

If it is travel related it's an even more unbalanced piss poor job of scheduling since none of the NDSU road games with those 3 schools are during the holiday break.

It does look like they're going back to Thursday/Saturday schedule though with travel partners so the SDSU and USD home games have to be back-to-back whenever they're scheduled. Looks like those pairings are Denver/Omaha, St Thomas/WIU, KC/ORU, SDSU/USD, and NDSU/UND.

It does feel like this but I went to look and the last time the home game actually fell on break was in 17/18 season. But if it's not SDSU it's USD or UND during that time. The Summit should do a better job or not scheduling rivalry games over break, it's not that difficult, they just don't care.
